 Urological medications primarily treat frequent urination, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), erectile dysfunction, urinary tract infections, and stones. These include anticholinergics and beta-3 agonists to relax the bladder and treat hyperactivity; alpha-blockers to relieve BPH; phosphodiesterase inhibitors (PDE5i) to treat ED; antibiotics to treat infections; and potassium citrate for stone prevention.
